WeightRx Refund, Return & Billing Policy
1. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of telehealth and prescription medications:
- 6-month and 12-month plans are NON-REFUNDABLE
- All medications are final sale once shipped
2. BEFORE PROVIDER REVIEW
If you are charged before provider review and:
- You are not approved
You will receive:
- Full refund
3. AFTER PROVIDER REVIEW
If provider review is completed:
- A partial refund may be issued

Medical consultation cost
Processing fee
4. AFTER MEDICATION SHIPMENT
Once medication is shipped:
- NO refunds
- No returns allowed (per pharmacy law)
5. PROCESSING FEE
All eligible refunds are subject to:
- 5% processing fee
6. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
- Must cancel BEFORE next billing date
- No refunds for current billing period
7. REPLACEMENTS (NOT REFUNDS)
Eligible if reported within 48 hours:
- Damaged shipment
- Incorrect medication
8. DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS
WeightRx may issue refunds at its sole discretion.
